The Details

I am excited to announce my first retreat which is to be hosted in a beautiful tropical oasis nestled in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali.  Experience the private luxury of 6 villas, each boasting two rooms which can either be twin shared or single occupancy. The space is home to an open air yoga shala, common dining space, spacious lounge areas, and our own private pool. There is also spa/massage space to be booked through the facility at an additional cost.

The Offering

This five day, four night retreat is an opportunity to bring together all of my passions into one place: Yoga, mindfulness, somatic work and inner exploration. Each of the days will begin with an energetic yoga flow followed by workshops throughout the day designed to gently guide you back towards self. All of the offerings will be drawing from the yogic principles of Purusha and Prakriti while interweaving elements of therapeutic parts work. The evenings will close with a gentle, nourishing yin practice, allowing all your work to find a place in the body, heart and mind.

Your Time is Your Time

While the retreat will offer a variety of modalities to bring you closer to self, I want to emphasize that I fully appreciate that this is still your time that you have dedicated to your needs.  I highly encourage all guests to recognize, voice and meet their needs throughout the retreat and as such all of the practices are an invitation.  If you are called to rest, please rest.  If you are called to explore the surrounding area, please explore.  If you are called to adventure, bring me with you!  This is your time and how you choose to spend it will be respected by all facilitators.

Catering

All meals are included in the cost of the weekend and catered on site by the amazingly talented staff.  Please be sure to mention any dietary requirements when booking so we can account for and meet all the needs of our guests. While all meals are included in the stay, please note that you are also welcome to eat at any of the local restaurants.  Please just inform any of the facilitators so we can have the staff make necessary adjustments to prevent wastage.

Nurturing Safety

It is of vital importance to us that all guests feel safe and supported through their work during this retreat.  Too many times in the past I have been in spaces where people were invited to deep dive into themselves and have felt unsupported during the integration process. As such, I have assembled a team of professional facilitators to help support our participants through the week and bolster the overall sense of psychological and emotional safety for the group.  There will be three qualified, registered mental health professionals on site to offer any 1-1 guidance if needed or should you wish to engage.

*Please note, these sessions will be available to help establish safety and comfort in the moment but will not be an opportunity for in depth therapy.
